The turbocharger has been tested, report in the photo. LR042752 is a turbocharger for the 2.2 Puma diesel engine. Fitted between the exhaust manifold and the intake tract, it delivers pressurised intake air from the exhaust-driven turbine to the engine's intake manifold, increasing the engine's charge density and combustion efficiency. The unit requires a continuous supply of clean engine oil for lubrication of the shaft and bearings; contamination in the oil can reduce bearing life and accelerate wear, so oil feed and return lines must be cleared of debris and old oil deposits when replacing the turbo.
