AMR1425 is a water temperature sensor used to measure coolant temperature for the dashboard temperature gauge and for engine management on supported engines. Depending on the engine application it is fitted into the thermostat housing or the inlet manifold so the ECU and dash gauge receive an accurate coolant temperature signal.
