FTC3697 is an R380 mainshaft circlip. Fitted between the 5th mainshaft gear and the synchronizer assembly, it locates the 5th gear on R380 5-speed manual transmissions and is used when servicing or reassembling the mainshaft, 5th gear or synchronizer components.
